One of the top questions I get asked is who my musical influences are.
The reason I started playing music was The Beatles. They have always been and will always be my biggest inspiration for music. The Beatles had a special kind of magic when they wrote songs together. That magic produced timeless music that was truly relatable. Their story is also amazing; I encourage you to look into it if you haven't already.
I am such a big Beatles fan that I have even gone so far as to visit their childhood homes in Liverpool. Truly inspiring stuff. Not only did I get to see where this amazing group grew up, I also got to go to the interactive Beatles museum in Liverpool. (Take a mini trip there yourself through my photo album of the trip below.)

The Arctic Monkeys, The Last Shadow Puppets, The Rolling Stones, Vampire Weekend, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, The Kills, Duffy, Amy Winehouse, The Strokes, Lana Del Rey, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kings of Leon, Bob Dylan, Spoon, Bob Marley, Cold War Kids, The Black Keys, Adele, The Pierces, Lily Allen, The Kooks...
...and so many more. I'm sure we will get into these in more details as I build out more blog posts. = )
